Photo diary, Welcome

On our way to Daphne beach we saw a crowd of people, gathered around something. To our surprise it was a newly hatched baby turtle.
All along the beach there were safeguarded turtle nests.

Photo diary, Between day and night

When you're on an island you can always find a spot to watch a romantic sunset… unless you come too late, so be prepared with the right place and time. Shinari Cape, the northernmost point of Zakynthos, is a great choice - peculiar rocky scenery, a fantastic view of the mystic Kefalonia Island and an ancient fortress. Come a bit earlier and you can enjoy a walk on the rocks or get informed where the boats for the Blues Caves trip are leaving. And don't forget to share the moment!

Photo diary, Four shades of blue

Photo diary, Xigia

Traveling along the coastline of Zakynthos Island we came across the beautiful beach of Xigia, where calmness and serenity seemed to be eternal.
We loved the beach because of its emerald blue water and the nearby caves, where you could dive and explore the lively marine life. Just one of
the magical places of my favorite northern part of the island.

Photo diary, The Beginning

Summer is here for another time and before the next unforgettable journey, let's reminisce about the good old days…
That's how it all began on the beautiful island of Zakynthos, part of the Ionian Islands, situated in the southwest of Greece. We chose the location, because of the wide variety of different beaches and picturesque photo spots. Here are a few of our favorite...

Gerakas Bay is the easternmost point of the island and a preserved territory, because of the nesting turtles Caretta caretta. The breathtaking view is definitely one of the must-see spots of the island.
