Photo diary, Welcome

     On our way to Daphne beach we saw a crowd of people, gathered around something. To our surprise it was a newly hatched baby turtle.

      All along the beach there were safeguarded turtle nests.

     

During the day some more turtles hatched and began their long way to the water, a daunting 10-metre endeavor for a newly born baby, surrounded by annoying tourists.

     The Marathonisi Island, which reminds of a turtle.
