Photo diary, The Beginning

Summer is here for another time and before the next unforgettable journey, let's reminisce about the good old days…
That's how it all began on the beautiful island of Zakynthos, part of the Ionian Islands, situated in the southwest of Greece. We chose the location, because of the wide variety of different beaches and picturesque photo spots. Here are a few of our favorite...

Gerakas Bay is the easternmost point of the island and a preserved territory, because of the nesting turtles Caretta caretta. The breathtaking view is definitely one of the must-see spots of the island.

Porto Zoro is a pleasant bay, where you can enjoy an ice cold frappe on a green meadow, play with  friendly fish around the underwater rocks or have a free spa procedure with the clay from the beach.

Tropic's bar at Gloria Maris Hotel, near Koukla, perfect for a refreshing drink with an exotic view and a cool shade.

A common view from above - the mysterious olive forests.

Zakynthos town, strongly influenced by the nostalgic and romantic Venetian architecture
